What’s the turn-around time?

We strive to keep our average turnaround time to 5-7 business days. We can also accommodate a rush service if the date for your item is of high priority.

Do you deliver?

We can arrange shipping to any destination you choose.

Can you build a custom crate?

Custom crates are our specialty, give us a call to talk to one of our experienced team members, or submit a request for quote on our webpage.

What material do you use?

We use high grade plywood as well as engineered plywood (also known as OSB) along with heat treated and kiln dried lumber of all dimensions to ensure hassle free shipping internationally.

Are you a certified facility to ship internationally?

Yes we are, we have been certified since 2009 to ship internationally according to the phytosanitary regulations of Canada (ISPM No.15) which are recognized worldwide.
